Celebrating its 20th year of fostering change at both local and global levels, Fair Trade Tourism has gained recognition for how its responsible tourism roadmap aligns business operations with meaning, as well as rewarding travel experiences. This event will delve into how global partnerships connect this business-level commitment with dedicated buyers and broader potential for market positioning as a responsible destination committed to sustainability.

Technology for Responsible Tourism Future Forum – 11:30 -12:15 
Unless you are a qualified engineer or scientist or can afford to employ one, making decisions about green technology is full of challenges and pitfalls. In November last year, a new website was launched: Technology for Responsible Tourism. It provides curated, peer-reviewed and reliable advice about technology, which will deliver in a range of geographies, topographies, and climates and enable businesses and destinations to determine which technologies are most suitable in their locale.
